8. Data submitted for service improvement
8.1 Anonymized use of submissions
By submitting any data, content, or information to the Website (including through contact forms), you acknowledge that Hyperflash may use such submissions to improve its services, train AI models, conduct analytics, and develop new features.
8.2 Anonymization process
Before any submitted data is used for these purposes, Hyperflash will: (a) apply automated PII redaction to remove all personally identifiable information; (b) replace removed identifiers with synthetic data; (c) retain only non-identifying business context.
8.3 No personal data retained for training
Hyperflash does not use identifiable personal data or identifiable business data for AI training or service improvement. Only Anonymized Data, as described above, is used for these purposes.
8.4 No obligation to delete anonymized data
You acknowledge that Hyperflash may retain Anonymized Data indefinitely, even if you request deletion of your personal data under our Privacy Policy.
